MaritimeControl

MaritimeControl is Tidalis' flagship Vessel Traffic Service system, combining over 50 years of maritime domain expertise with a modern, cyber-secure architecture. Fully IALA-compliant, the system tracks any target across its area of responsibility, from small recreational craft to large ocean-going vessels and high-speed ferries, on open sea and inland waterways alike. Its integrated AI-based monitoring predicts vessel routes and detects potentially dangerous situations well before they become critical, enabling VTS operators to act proactively rather than reactively. The intuitive user interface gets VTS operators up and running quickly, while extensive configuration options allow full customisation of the display and alarm definitions to match local operational requirements. Being a mission-critical system, MaritimeControl has resilience and redundancy built in by design. The platform is ISO27001 certified with cyber security embedded at every development and deployment stage. MaritimeControl supports the next-generation MSS platform and integrates with PortControl PMIS for real-time data exchange, including automatic registration of actual times of arrival. Reference deployments include Port of Antwerp-Bruges, Shanghai Maritime Safety Administration, and Flinders Ports.
