Summary
“Integrated and scalable Vessel Traffic Management and Information System for maritime traffic safety, environmental monitoring and Search and Rescue support.”
Description
ELMAN's VTMIS (Vessel Traffic Management and Information System) is an integrated and scalable software solution designed to ensure the safety and management of maritime traffic, monitor and protect the marine environment, and support Search and Rescue (SAR) operations in the VTS area. The system provides a dedicated and monitored interface to manage, collect and merge in real-time data from sensors typically installed in VTS projects including Radar, AIS, RDF, CCTV, Meteo and Hydro systems, VHF, and SCADA. The Operator Console allows personnel to perform area surveillance functions, offering a complete real-time view of the maritime scenario for traffic control and emergency management. The system is designed to meet IALA Recommendations for VTS and consists of modular components adaptable to each specific project.
