Description
WebTrack is CBS Software's web-based client portal module that integrates with PortManager to provide terminal customers with around-the-clock self-service access to their container information. Shipping lines, freight forwarders and cargo owners can log in securely to check container status, location and movement history without having to contact the terminal directly. By extending PortManager data to external stakeholders via a web interface, WebTrack reduces enquiry volumes for terminal staff while improving service transparency. The solution has been deployed at terminals such as Qube Bell Bay Terminal in Tasmania.
